Biography:

Ajith Pereira holds a Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, complemented by 16 years in the shipping industry and a lifelong dedication to cricket under the Dubai Cricket Council. He is an ICC Level 1 Certified Personal Trainer (2013), Level 2 Certified (2018), holds a PG Diploma in Sports Management from Alagappa University (2019), Kids Coaching certification from the Aspen Institute, USA (2020), and NSCA Cricket Conditioning Course (2023-24).?

His coaching passion emerged during Level 2 ICC preparation, highlighting sports' transformative impact on holistic student development. With over two decades of competitive cricket experience, Ajith mentors aspiring talents—particularly grassroots children—through engaging, game-based methodologies that transition novices into mainstream programs.
