Biography:
Sasi Kumar, a national level athlete, who is an expert in mid-distance running events. Being
an athlete himself, he is well versed in athletics. He encourages the students to be mentally strong
as long distant running requires endurance, perseverance, and determination. He provides speed
and resistance training and improvises the student’s stature. Sasi Kumar here at B-Fit provides
training for the intermediate category of students
